Pricing:
Pfa Promotions makes every effort to maintain current prices for products on our website due to circumstances beyond our control they may not always be correct. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Prices are subject to change without notification.

Most importantly all pricing on our website does NOT INCLUDE any decorating prices (unless otherwise stated) because of the multitude of variations with respect to styles of deccoration, number of colours in each logo or positions to be decorated. Prices including decoration will only be submitted upon request for a quotation.

With respect to CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS all quoted prices will include decorating costs.

Delivery:

In most situations decorated products sourced from Australian suppliers will (subject to availability) be delivered within 14 days from approval of final artwork draft.

Custom Made Products generally direct from overseas manufacturers will be delivered to clients depending of product being supplied anywhere from 16 days to 7 weeks depending on style of freight to be used (Air or Sea).

Please ensure that you ask before placing an order for Custom Made products to avoid dissapointment.

Stock Availability:

Stock availability is subject to the stock being available from our suppliers at all times. When stock is not available we will endeavour to source a similar product from alternate sources to meet client needs and delivery date.

INDENT order from overseas suppliers is almost always made to order and so delivery can be from 7 days up to and over one month depending on volume required

Freight:

Unless otherwise notified or declared all online pricing does not include freight cost from our warehouse to final delivery address and as such will be charged at cost to the client.

PAYMENT

ALL INDENT ORDERS No matter the quantity are subject to a 30% deposit on approval of actual samples or pictures supplied by the manufacturer followed by the remaining balance of 70% to be paid PRIOR to the shipment leaving the off-shore country of origin. Thee will be no deviation from this for any order placed with our organization.

EXCHANGE RATES

All prices quoted will be at the current applicable exchange rate and will allow a deviation of + or - 5%. Should the exchange rate change by more than this percentage we will renegotite pricing with both the manufacturer and the client to both parties agreement
